1. General Conditions & Eligibility

• By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the platform under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service or product assets without express written authorization from Stylin.

2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display garment colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor calibrations, screen displays, and photographic lighting.

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Delivery charges are calculated separately.

• Price Changes: Prices for our apparel are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional discounts, flash sales, and campaign vouchers are valid only during stated promotional windows.

• Stock Availability: Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our support team will notify you promptly to offer a replacement or process a full refund.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Order Confirmation: Submitting an order does not constitute a legally binding acceptance. A contract of sale is finalized only once the order passes internal verification and is officially dispatched to our delivery partner.

• Order Refusal or Cancellation by Stylin: We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, address, or order. We may cancel orders due to pricing inaccuracies, technical glitches, or incomplete customer contact details.

• Customer Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting our hotline or WhatsApp support with your Order ID. Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, standard return/exchange policies apply.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

• Orders are delivered nationwide across Bangladesh: within 1 business day inside Dhaka, and within 2 to 3 business days outside Dhaka.

• Delivery fees are BDT 70 inside Dhaka and BDT 130 outside Dhaka, subject to promotional adjustments.

• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery by the courier partner. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the exterior condition of the parcel prior to acceptance.

5. Payments & Security

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and authorized domestic Debit/Credit Cards.

• For COD orders, the buyer agrees to pay the complete invoice amount in cash to the delivery representative upon arrival.

• Stylin does not collect, store, or process full credit card numbers, CVVs, or MFS PINs. All online payments are handled securely through licensed third-party payment gateways.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on stylinfashion.com—including logos, trademarks, brand names, visual banners, product photography, typography, graphics, and website text—is the exclusive intellectual property of Stylin and is protected under the copyright and trademark laws of Bangladesh. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stylin, its directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, technical interruptions, courier transit delays caused by force majeure (e.g., severe weather, strikes), or unauthorized third-party access to personal transmissions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at our discretion. Revisions become effective immediately upon being published on this page.
